Last week I spent a few hours playing with Distress Ink on live stream. In an effort to inspire people to be creative, I'm showing my thought process with how I create.

I made quite a number of panels that I could use in the future with cards and today I am going to show one of them. 

If you've seen *any* of my posts before, you know I love the color purple, right? 

Staying true to my passion, this month is ALL about the purple!

The background is a blend of Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet & Seedless Preserves. 

I die cut Lawn Fawn's Sending Big Hugs sentiment and embossed it with silver embossing powder. I added a tiny bit of glitter and mixed it up to see if it would add a touch of sparkle and it worked!

I then attached it to the Distress panel and then attached that panel to my cardstock base. I found some random bling in my embellishment case (don't we all have random bling?!), and added it all around.

So when you know someone that is going through not-so-great of a time, here's a quick, pretty way to let them know you're there for them.
