Det blir ofte rester når jeg lager kort, og denne gang er ble jeg inspirert av ett kort jeg selv har lagt ut når jeg var på designteamet for mange år siden.

Jeg har restepapir som skjæres til 1,5 x 4 inch, og så deles denne biten i to. Limes med spissen inn mot midten, og så kan du dekorere over spissene.

Jeg har brukt følgende:
- Florence off white kartong
- Pion Lily of the Valley
- Pion Memorable blossoms
- Tekst fra stemplatene Fyll dagen med glede og Ha en fantastisk dag
- Sirkel dies fra Aurelie

 Today I bring you a card with very light coloring, patterned paper and a little bit of fussy cutting for a cute, any-occasion card.

I stamped the flower from Mathia's hvitveis stampset with black ink. I colored the flower in with Copic colors RV10, RV19, RV69, YG03 and YG17. I fussy cut the flower and took a piece of scrap colored paper closest to the darkest pink Copic color, RV69. I taped the flower to the paper and fussy cut that out so there was a bit of a border around it.

I then stamped the sentiment from the same Mathia stampset with Candied Apple Distress Ink. I found another scrap piece of colored paper that matched the middle Copic pink color, staggered them and taped them all together.

I cut a piece of patterned paper the exact size of my card and attached it to my card base. The final step was to add some foam tape to both the flower and sentiment section and attach them to the card.

 Sometimes I just feel like playing with inks and seeing what comes from it. Today's card is the result - a card for someone that needs a pick me up or is going through a difficult time. 

I started with a piece of watercolor paper and Distress Inks in Speckled Egg, Salvaged Patina, Mermaid Lagoon and Peacock Feathers. I did some very simple, light blending to create a colorful background with all 4 colors. I then stamped the trees from Mathia's Våren kommer stampset and the flowers from Mathia's artsyplata stampset in Peacock Feathers. I then stamped the trees again with Versafine black ink.

Once all of the ink was good and dried, I took the Mathia text stamps from Mathia bakgrunntekst, stamped them with embossing ink and heat embossed them in gold. Using a ruler to guide me, I tore the edges of the panel and tore them into smaller pieces the same way.

Then I took a few scraps of watercolor paper, inked them with Distress Ink, stamped the sentiment from the Mathia Våren kommer stampset and attached everything together with foam tape. I attached a black piece of paper to my card base and attached the finished panel with foam tape as well. I then added Nuvo drops scattered all over to add a bit of bling. There is a lot of dimension on this card!

Last week I spent a few hours playing with Distress Ink on live stream. In an effort to inspire people to be creative, I'm showing my thought process with how I create.

I made quite a number of panels that I could use in the future with cards and today I am going to show one of them. 

If you've seen *any* of my posts before, you know I love the color purple, right? 

Staying true to my passion, this month is ALL about the purple!

The background is a blend of Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet & Seedless Preserves. 

I die cut Lawn Fawn's Sending Big Hugs sentiment and embossed it with silver embossing powder. I added a tiny bit of glitter and mixed it up to see if it would add a touch of sparkle and it worked!

I then attached it to the Distress panel and then attached that panel to my cardstock base. I found some random bling in my embellishment case (don't we all have random bling?!), and added it all around.

So when you know someone that is going through not-so-great of a time, here's a quick, pretty way to let them know you're there for them.

Et lekent og friskt gratulasjonskort idag.
Litt deilig å bare bruke det man har, stensiler og tusjer og farger, litt bling og greier. Lage sin egen design.

Her har jeg brukt kun to stempler (Mathia "Gratulerer" og "dine klemmer er de beste."
Jeg liker veldig godt å bruke stensiler, og alfatebstensilen fra Rayher funker veldig bra til å lage bokstaver i Ombre farger.  Jeg fant ikke akkurat min stensil inne i nettbutikken nå, men dette er samme typen og annen font. For å gjøre ordet Klem litt freshere lagde jeg sort ramme, skygge og hvite deltajer med sort og hvit gelpenn. Pluss hadde et tykt lag glossy accent over hver bokstav.



Stjernene er også laget med Rayher stensil,fargelagt med blendingbørster og distress oxide på samme måte som bokstavene. Pyntet hver stjerne med en liten minibling fra Rayher for ytterligere fokus.
