Today I bring you a no-line colored image of poppies in colored pencil on kraft card stock.
I don't have a lot of experience with kraft card stock and I wanted to play with it, to see which mediums worked well on it. I was pleasantly surprised with how bright the lightest colors came out!
I started out by stamping Katzelgraf's flower image with Inkon3's Fadeout ink. I stamped it a couple of times so I could see it clearly. I colored it in with colored pencils, following the lines of the stamp. I used my white gel pen to add some accent dots and draw a frame around the border of the card.
Next I stamped Mathia's sentiment and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. Keeping it clean and simple, I attached the kraft panel to my card base and it was complete!
